this sweetie is called ""Sledging Buddies""
there are 20 gorgeous new images in this
second Christmas collection from Lili of the Valley
which will be launched..on August 25th.
loved making this card and such a fun image...
a bit of colour with Versacolor cubes,distress inks
and lots of puff white embossing powder for snow...
also used Grunge Christmas Postmarks,
the lovely Tim Holtz on the edge tree die,
added some punched corners,a rusty star,
thread and buttons...

What an adorable card Lou, I love it all - the beautifully coloured image with all that awesome puff white, the inspired design and the perfect finishing touches like the buttons on the thread around those fab trees in the foreground!

OOoH Lou!!!! You always do such FABULOUS work! I so LOVE this!!!!! You even did the trees at the bottom with little snow on them! And all those little snippets of details you add here/there ... it's soooo GORGEOUS! You know, now that I know how much you love the "Country" feel and look .. THAT is exactly what your cards remind me of!!!! Very rustic and country feeling! Sooo cozy and homey .. I looooove it so much!!!!!

I really like the bear and pinguin series. Everyone I have seen is cuter than the next, yours included. The trees in the foreground are just that added touch that says WOW!

ReplyDeleteWhich white puff embossing powder do you use? I have found a Personal Impressions one and a Ranger one on the internet but not sure which one would be best.
