Hi...hope you are all well ?

can't believe it is Wednesday already.

a little make today with sweet Tilda loves flowers

Just Magnolia have a great challenge

this week-to have a window or door on your card

i have used the fab Art Impressions door stamp,
and the lovely Simon Says Stamp Challenge is-
Anything Goes...

(the small lantern comes with the door stamp too)

i made a small blind with October Afternoons

8x8 paper pad-farmhouse

and added a heart charm pully cord

the plant pot(sorry can't see it on the first photo)
has been stamped on shrink plastic

and i stamped/cut out a few of

Tildas flowers to go in it.

to colour-VersaColor cubes,Marvy pens

and Distress inks

their is a tag tucked in behind
to write a message on and the

sentiment is by Penny Black (3410D enjoy...)

(stamped Tildas flowers on the tag too)

this lovely Friday morning...

i had a bit of a crafty time yesterday

and used one of the

sweet new Magnolia stamps-

Tilda Loves Flowers

i have coloured Tilda with

VersaColor cubes and Marvy pens

the spotty paper is BG,

love the small EK Success scallop corner punch too

and the flower is a first...

not sure if i have made it right

(will keep trying :)

but its a lovely die-

it was really lovely but just went

a bit too quick and George would have liked
a bit of snow.....

i have used the very yummy

to make a little patchwork house card

all stamped in Staz On Timber Brown,
Distress inks-scattered straw
and frayed burlap
the little Welcome sign on the fence

Hi.. we have a new challenge for you today

we would like to see something from around the house

used in/as your creation and i have used

one of the children's coat hangers...

still sorting out at home/craft too

so i have used my scrap pieces of

BG paper to make the patchwork background.

have missed doing a bit of scrapbooking too
and added this little bit of
Soph and George in the snow
from 2009..

the family wording is from the

First Steps sizzlits set by Sizzix

a little clip tag for receipts and a pad for notes/shopping list

i have made a friends birthday card,

i used a mix of BasicGrey papers,

(little left over bits from some of the 6x6 paper pads)

i have also used the very lovely..

Scallops/Lines embossing folder and

Pear/Leaf Sizzlits die

which are all BasicGrey designs by Sizzix

the tree shape is cut from the

Cricut cartridge April Showers,

the pear...fect day stamp is a Magnolia one

and i used Kraft card as backing:

stamped with one of my best buys this Autumn-

Penny Black cling stamp.

Bringing Gifts...

Hi.. just a little make today...

a LOTV Christmas card for their Challenge this week-

BRIGHT AND SPARKLY***

i have used the very sweet LOTV Bringing Gifts stamp

and one of the lovely new Grunge Christmas postmarks

i cut out the house shape from the Wild Card

Cricut cartridge and covered it with

Memory box paper-brioche

to colour i used VersaColor cubes and

the sparkle is from a Gelly Roll Stardust Pen

added some sparkly cord,button and the snow

is puff white embossing powder

the bit of fence and lamp post are Magnolia stamps

a bit of a simple Christmas make,

just love this sweet new Tilda-tucked up in stocking.

Hi.. there,i really am sorry for not being around

much during October and missing SO many

lovely posts on your blogs :(

I am not quite sure where it went but it just flew,

George's,Nick's and my Birthday too all in October,

i had a few weeks working on my

Demo day makes for Sirstampalot,

we had a lovely weeks holiday in Germany and the

Spring cleaning that i didn't do earlier this year

(crafting too much lol..)

has become an Autumn clean.

I really hope you are all doing ok?

here are a few makes:

(there is some sparkle on the cards but

it doesn't show very well on the photos)

the tree does need a few more crafty bits..

(its a bit of a long post... sorry)

a photo of my two making friends with

the German cows,they did make me smile..

Soph is carrying George's scooter for him,

(looks like a bow and arrow lol..)

we was greeted every morning out our front by them.

not to go on anymore but mes very excited

Hi.. a fun little make for today,

really i should be doing Christmas

bits and just couldn't resist :)
the challenge over at TOMIC

this week which is HALLOWEEN...

(anything but a card)

and i have made a twig wall hanging.

the twigs are from a broom in the garden,

the moon is on a bit of wire and really love this Tilda,

the Magnolia owl and yummy pumpkins too

(all available from Sirstampalot).
i have coloured with VersaColor cubes/Marvy pens and

the Halloween Greetings sentiment is by Inky Antics.

and he has enjoyed a bit of fishing

with Dad and Grandad.

i am not that good at painting an Autumn sky

or water really but loved making it for George.

Hi! a little Christmas scene from LOTV,

these sweeties are Winter Bunnies ,

i have used some of the yummy Marianne Design papers

the snow is Puff White embossing powder by Personal impressions
love buttons and just added 3 with Stampin`UP! Linen thread
i have tried to give my card a bit of a traditional Christmas feel

Hi! we have another challenge for you

over at the BasicGrey Challenges blog and it is a colour combo

Brown and Pink...

this card is for my lovely Mum and Dad who celebrate

their 45th wedding anniversary on the 24th of this month.

for my card i used Nesties for the shape and

stamped onto BG Kraft card with the very lovely

Crafty Individuals stamp (Cl -152)

i used Staz On Timber Brown to stamp the background,

the raised/glossed butterfly is stamped with VersaColor

and the Happy Anniversary has been stamped with

the two colours onto cream shrink plastic.

I saw the lovely little wooden leaves

and just couldn't resist them-over stamped the one on the card,

added a little charm some rik rak and a button.

this is my card that i have made for the challenge with one of

the images from the Halloween clear stamp set,

i have coloured with Stampin'Up! watercolor crayons (regals),

used Hero Arts Silhouette stamp as the background on Kraft card

and used a few of the Whiff of Joy rhinestones on the flowers.

Added a birthday sentiment,button and ribbon.

it seems to have gone soooo quick.

A little make today with a very sweet House-Mouse stamp,

it is from the Halloween Clear stamp set

(lots on the set and all really sweet)

I have used the pumpkin nesties

with the pie recipe on a tag just tucked in

for this weeks House Mouse Challenge

and on the back of the tag the method

for making the pumpkin pie

i used VersaColor cubes to colour,

added a button and a very yummy charm (thanks Fleur x.)

there is a great Challenge this week over

at TOMIC which is to design your own backing paper...

i have used Kraft card with the leaf branch which is

from a sizzlits die and i used the negative like a stencil

with a sponge and distress inks

stamped with a Penny Black cling stamp too

i know i always say this lol!!- i really love this Tilda
such a sweetie...
the leaves i did with the yummy EK Success
leaves border punch and glued them on top of each other
to make Tildas pile and just glued one in her broom.

Hi! just a little post tonight...

hope you are ok? my two had their first

day back at school today, i missed them lots but

had a good tidy up this morning and some craft time this afternoon.

i made this card for the Just Magnolia Challenge

and the CLP Challenge

really love this Witch Tilda and the Flying Owl

i have coloured with VersaColor cubes,

Marvy pens and the Halloween(text) / Big Owl(text) are

also Magnolia stamps

a bit of embossing with a folder,some background stamping and

cut the owl text out with one of the pumpkin nesties.

Hi! hope your week is going well?

we went out on our bikes this evening,

i know i love Autumn but i couldn't believe that we found

a few conkers ready on the grass-so early.

Hope summer doesn't go too quick...

I made this card this afternoon for

the TOMIC challenge-Masking,

really love this Tilda ,the sunflowers and

the wagon are Magnolia stamps too

i have coloured with VersaColor cubes,Marvy pens

and weathered wood Distress ink

i feel a bit unhappy with my colouring :(

and the distant birds look like 3 bugs ready for the

blackbird to eat lol!!

it was really lovely to just sit for a while and

to actually make a card in one session :0).

welcome those summer days...

Hi! my card today is for our "Sizzling Summer" challenge

over at the BasicGrey Challenges blog,
where we are all missing our very lovely Heather,
truly hope you are feeling much better soon,xx.

For my card i have used the very
lovely BG lauderdale-sun glow paper

and tried to use it as a backing paper...

scene-a hill but not sure if the little hen looks like

she is in mid air lol!!

I really love this image she is Tilda with broom,
i have used VersaColor cubes to colour and on the cream
shrink plastic for the hen too.
I used a Marvy Pen to write the welcome sign
on the shrink plastic and punched a couple of holes before shrinking.
My lovely Mumma did come to mind as i was making
this card as she is Italian,she grew up with lots of farm animals
(cleaning too :0)
in a small village where we have been lucky enough to
spend summers with Soph and George too.
I love the stories of her childhood and remember
lots of Sunday mornings sat on her bed listening when i WAS young.
My Grandma(Nonna) will be 100 on April 13th 2012
so we hope to go over for the Birthday celebrations.
sorry i have now been going on too much.

with my two on holiday from school and the weather

being nice we have been out and about (gardening too)

this card is one i made for a group of lovely girls

the shack,part of the fence

and sunflowers i stamped direct onto the card

and then stamped/coloured them again,

cut them out so i could glue them onto the card to

try and give it a bit of depth

(hope that makes sense?)

a simple little Molly Blooms recipe book,

i love this sweetie and all her little kitchen/cooking bits.

I made this a few weeks ago

for SirStampalot ,the blue binding comes

on the book and i had some card/paper to match it.

a bit of cream shrink plastic for the pie,

milk and bowl of eggs.

to colour i used VersaColor cubes

and Marvy pens

i have scored some card to look like

skirting board,but it still looks like Molly

has magic powers with her pie

and can fly lol!!

lots of us have had trouble with

blogger this week and i even lost some of

my treasured comments :(

We have another lovely challenge for you

over at the BasicGrey Challenges Blog- Mix & Match.......

for my card i have mixed some of the

BG- Pyrus and Curio 6x6 papers,

such a great prize again too from Simon Says Stamp

for my card i have used the sweet

Sugar Nellie-Mackenzie stamp,

Cricut Cartridge-April Showers(tree)

which i did cut four times with the mixed BG papers

and then used my craft knife to cut each piece

through all four layers so that they would patch together easily.

the fence is a Whipper Snapper cling stamp,

little bird(shrunk) is from Hampton Art clear set,

the sentiment is Stampin'Up!

the shrunk apples are a Magnolia stamp

for a change i have coloured with

the Stampin'Up! watercolour crayons-Rich Regals,

Earth Elements and no change with Pinecone for the fence :)

For the first time in 18 years

we have a blackbird nesting in our garden-so excited.

Just a bit of a quick make today,

i have used the Sunny Flower Girl stamp

and the Digi image Flower Field which

i have printed onto some BasicGrey kraft paper.

The kraft paper sands lovely around

the edge to give it a distressed look.

I coloured with VersaColor cubes/Marvy pens.

Just had a bit of time today to make a little card

for the Sketch Saturday Challenge.

I really love anything country

and this is a cling stamp from Whipper Snapper-

Hen & Eggs

the Kraft papers are BasicGrey

and i have coloured with VersaColor cubes and Marvy pens.

I had a trip to the wood yard last week,

i got some lovely pine cut so i could make some

block signs and this is my first set.

I did buy a Mouse too,not a real

one lol! but a little sander and it is soooo easy to use :o)

The blocks are 2" thick and stack ok too.

Also had 3 orders for some white signs-

they have been protected with a clear matt wax.

Hi! just a little make today-Good Friday,

hope you have had a nice week ?

My crafty Mojo has really been on its holidays this week,

my lovely Mum was took into hospital Monday evening and

not sure if she will be home for Easter.

Mum has Gastroenteritis they think,still after tests the Doctor hasn't

100% confirmed it but the symptons are of tummy flu.

Thankfully she is feeling a bit better :)

My card has been a bit of a stamp and stick card for a couple of days

This is one of my favourite Squiggle stamps, Squirrel Picnic

and i have colored with VersaColor cubes/Marvy pens.

The lined paper is My Mind's Eye and the butterfly paper

is from Prima Reflections 6x6 pad(so yummy).

It has been so lovely to enjoy some sun.

Just a little make which i would like to enter

Hi! it is challenge time again over at the BasicGrey Challenge blog,

I have made a little scene,

i used some of the Pyrus BG paper for the house,

just love the little hearts/flowers on it

and some of the BG Kraft for one of the trees.

The house and trees are cut from the Cricut Cartridge April Showers,

and the wooden fence is a Magnolia stamp too.

The grass/flower stamping along the fence is from the bottom of the

for my card i have used two kitchen roll tubes,

i used it just plain as the backing piece

and used the rest like mount board for the flower,button,

Sizzix frame back(ornate) and the little tag.

Great with a wet glue,it makes it so pliable and feels really soft.

A bit of sanding around the edges and i

didn't ink the edges this time.

The sweetie is Running Tilda from the new

Magnolia Butterfly Dreams Collection at Sirstampalot,

the fence and snail(shrunk)are Magnolia stamps too.

The little bird(shrunk)is one i have had for a while

and i used one of the lovely new BG/Hero Arts rubber stamps-

Luscious Ledger to stamp on the flower/background.

The paper is from the BG Green at Heart collection

and the tag is BG Sizzix Tag(layered).

To colour i used VersaColor cubes and Marvy pens.

A very little make with sweet Daisy

from Squiggle Stamps.

It is over a year now since i first came across

Daisy and still love her sweet face.

I have coloured her with VersaColor cubes

and paper pieced her heart balloon.

The paper is October Afternoon,

for a change i have punched the

two circles out of the patterned paper

first and layered the paper over Daisy and

the sentiment(Stampin'Up)

some buttons,cord and a punched corner

just to add a bit of embellishment.

I just love Baking Tilda,

most of the stamps i have used

are Magnolia ones from Sirstampalot

and the BasicGrey paper is the so lovely

6x6 Curio paper pad .

to colour i used VersaColor cubes/Marvy pens

and a bit of shrink plastic for

the wall sign,rolling pin,strawberries

and the heart hanger on the dresser draw.

The Sweet Heart cookies recipe is

from one of George's cookery books.

it sounds nuts but it was nice to nip out and do a food shop this morning
after resting for a few days and feeling a bit better, but just can't
seem to get away from a sore throat had it for a week now,
it will go soon!

Just a little make today that i did yesterday
for the Just Magnolia Challenge-Going Dotty!
i did this Tilda not long ago but just luv her
she is Sweet Tilda from Sirstampalot
the paper is October Afternoon-Cherry Pie
the sentiment and cup cake are Whipper Snapper
and used Nestabilities 8 Labels for the shape
to colour a mix of VersaColor cubes and Marvy pens
and embossed with clear powder

My two are feeling back to normal now :)
and i have felt a bit poorly so it has been
a stay in weekend for me
A little make to show you that i would like to enter
the LOTV Challenge with and they would like to see

I have used the Sizzix Mixing Bowl die
(luv this die) for my shaped card
This little LOTV sweetie is Busy Baking , i have coloured with
Marvy LePlume pens and VersaColor Pinecone 171
and stamped the image with StazOn Timber Brown
Nestabilities- Scalloped Circles Large
the lined paper is Sassafras-wee bundle
a little Glossy Accents on the cake mix
and the sentiment is Stampin'Up!

home with me last summer from the States

and i have coloured with ProMarkers.

the shape is cut from Labels 8 Nestabilities

and i have cross stitched across the top

to join the shapes together

the sentiment(one of my favourites)

Sweet Tildas Happy Wishes.....

Just got this photo before it was too dull.

A little card today for the

Simon Says Stamp Challenge,

which is a sketch by DT member Domi.
Also i would like to enter my card into
the Just Magnolia Challenge
My Favourite Things-
Tildas/ Magnolia's Swirl Flourish,
buttons and my Kelly Panacci stamps(stitches)
are some of my favourites
and can't forget VersaColor Pinecone :)
(do have lots more)

I have tried some different colours too,

my flowers are not as yummy as

so many of you lovely girlie's make and

i am not much of a flowery girl really.

I have cut them from the Storybook Cricut Cartridge

and just inked the edges with Pinecone VersaColor

and stitched a button in the middle of them.

Just love Sweet Tilda

and the papers are October Afternoon-
Thrift Shop 8x8 pad.

Sweet Daisy and simple...

Hi! so hope you are all ok? and avoiding all those nasty bugs out there at the moment.
A bit of a simple card,it wasn't easy to resist my Pinecone VersaColor cube for a little edge distressing etc
but i have tried a card without it.
I have to say i think its too plain :(
The lovely Fleur and i was talking about clean cut/simple cards the other day and white card which is a first for me,just thought i would have a go.
Daisy has been coloured with VersaColor cubes,her hair is Pinecone :),her cheeks are Burgundy(very lightly brushed),Vanilla all over to blend the colours and Bamboo-leaves.
Paper pieced her dress/hair band with Sassafras-Cherry Delicious 6x6 paper pad and with the same paper covered SU chipboard flower/backing paper too.

It seems to have gone so quick already

For our Challenge we would love to see
Polka Dots/Spots on your card/project.
I have over stamped with a Polka Dot
stamp on my Curio BG papers,added
some dotty ribbon and the Hero Arts
sentiment has a dotty background.

Just love Apple Tilda, i have coloured her
with VersaColor cubes and tried to make
the apple in the background look
like patchwork...mmmm not quite sure if it does?
(the apple shape is from a book that
my lovely Mum gave me for Christmas)

we really enjoyed ours

and Santa's pressies were truly loved

just couldn't resist a bit of snow & illumination

for these Squiggle Stamps little ones.

Moley my Hubby did give me such

has the sooo sweet

I would like to give it to Sophie

even though she is 13 and

growing up far to fast.

is for George's teacher,

i hope the colours are ok?

seems to look more for a male teacher.

Mrs Towers is so lovely and

George has really enjoyed year 3

so far,he said she likes carrot cake too.

Not got a M&S one yet as would

probably eat it.

Got the munchies this week

the flower stamp is an Inkadinkado one,

i have had it for about 3years

and have used it for Anniversary cards before.

VersaColor cubes for a bit of colour.

I am making Christmas cards too,

for the Christmas Demo day at

Sirstampalot

on Saturday 4th December

and i will be there

Two little sweeties today for my Squiggle Stamps DT project,

they are the cute"Carol Singers"

just love their little faces.

They have been coloured with VersaColor cubes,

a bit of sparkle-

as for our Challenge this month

and some Puff White Embossing powder for snow.

The school house/tree are cut out from

the Cricut Cartridge-Winter Woodland

the little sign is shrink plastic-

"Carol Service Sunday 7-9pm"

the door wreath/robin are shrink plastic too

I put just a bit of heat resistant acetate

in the two front windows

and on one stamped some snowflakes

to look like the ones we used

to do when we was little.

I can remember the spray snow

being such hard work to clean off the windows.

On the inside of the gift card holder i punched a card button so it would still close quite flat.

even though it has been (is) sooooo wet and windy(perfect crafting weather :)
From Squiggle Stamps today-it is the very lovely Miss Evie Winter
I have made an Autumn card(again),my Christmas mojo is a bit better and i am working on my cards for the Sirstampalot Christmas Demo day in 3 weeks (sorry been a bit quiet).
I have coloured Miss Evie a little with VersaColor cubes and used them to add colour to the embossed wording -Autumn Cuttlebug Embossing folder(so love this folder).
A shrink plastic apple button/leaf, paper pieced Miss Evies coat and lots of tiny brads too.
The paper is from BoBunny.
