Autumn Greetings...

Hello! hope you have had a nice Saturday,
we have had a relaxing day today(it's been lovely)
and i had chance to finish a project i started yesterday.
When we visited the States i just fell
in love with all the gorgeous home accessories
and the Primitive signs they have.
A few weeks ago i ordered some stencils from the US
and they came Friday morning.
You know that feeling-
when you just can't wait....

A trip to the wood yard, 1/2" ply wood was on my list
and 3 pieces for just £3.90.

For the base coat i used  Forest Green
then Sandstone

This was the scary bit-the black for the words.

The pumpkin & leaves were great fun to do.
A bit of Pinecone(VersaColor to shade-pumpkin).

a bit of sanding, a coat of wood stain
all finished.
Just thought you might like a peek!!
thanks so much,take care.
hugs all,see you soon.
