Vintage tag...Foxgloves

Hi..hope you had a lovely weekend,

the first light evening last night and it rained...

we still went out for a nice walk  :0))

my make is a tag today,

i have used the really lovely Foxgloves rubber stamp...

 

 loved colouring, a vintage theme again and

i used distress markers...

 also used papers from Pressed in Time,

Heartfelt and Always and Forever pads

love the journal tags and tucked one in at the top

and used words from the little sentiments set,added

lots of faux stitching,natural ribbon,charm,lace,pearl and eyelet

Flower Dance...

Hi..a little make with the very sweet

LOTV....Flower Dance,

love this image and have also used  some

pretty papers from..Petal Fresh pad...

i have made this card 13cms x15cms, it's

a really nice size and rounded the outer corners...

also used one of the grungy good times sentiments,

she has a bit of sparkle too with gelly roll pen,

a blue picket fence for a change,

added lots of faux stitching a pearl,

bird house and a leaf edge by Sizzix...

Daffodils...for March.

Hi..lovely to be here with a make,

can't believe we are in March...

sorry not posted for a while...and hope you are

all doing ok? 

really love LOTV flower stamps

and this one is gorgeous...have seen

 a few daffodils open already

and gives such a nice feeling of Spring :0)

 grungy relations friend stamp and

papers from heartfelt paper pad

used a brad,tiny paper clip and a button

added lots of faux stitching and some frantage on the corner...

fairies are just so magical and this one is...

added lots of faux stitching,lace,pearls and a button...

coloured with distress markers

and sanded the edges of the papers a bit,

love the little tiny heart banner

and used one of the new fairy sentiments.

really enjoyed making this calendar month page,

i have used two of the very sweet

 LOTV  new release  images

 available on the website from Midday today...

they are from the Little Fairies Clear Stamp Sheet

and also used one of the new wording stamps...

 

 the calendar i made with an embossing folder,

i used papers from the solids Always and Forever pad 

and to enhance the embossing i used

distress ink pad pumice stone and stamped the numbers

with StazOn Stone Gray...

  

 i coloured these two sweeties with distress markers

and they have a bit of sparkle too...

 

 i die cut this little envelope from the papers

and a couple of note cards...

added some faux stitching,

mini paperclip,thread and a button...

and warm ,the sun is really gorgeous here,

our garden is starting to wake up a bit

with the bulbs showing and the nights are getting a bit lighter too  :0)

how lovely...the thought of Spring.

i am sat at my desk this morning,

colouring and making bits for the new LOTV 

releases coming up very soon

they are all so sweet.....

also some more gorgeous cross stitch kits.....

Birthday make...

Hi..very ""special wishes"" for the New Year... to you all xx

we had a lovely couple of weeks together,

really loved making this card for a crafty friends birthday soon...

love these big  LOTV stamps

and this one is from Statements Fabulous ...

i stamped the birthday wording in StazOn stone grey

which is a bit softer than black and it

works with the pretty papers too i think.

i have used a poppy stamp which i love,

its an old favourite and coloured with distress markers... 

  

also added a bit of sparkle in the middle,

lots of faux stitching, few pearls,heart charm and a button.

doodled a bit of grass,added a couple

with a gelly roll pen and the dots on the balloon have been too. 

used a birthday sentiment and a scroll one,

added a charm,pearls,faux stitching,brads,lace and a button.

 loved making this card with one of the 10 new

LOTV sweet images...

this little one is "" Afternoon Stroll ""

had an idea to make the card look like a
little house it has a bit of a big door and a small window :0)

added some detail with a few dies,pearls,faux stitching
and did a bit of extra stamping on the balloon and window
with one of the pretty Vintage Background stamps
and a little handmade charm hanging from the window and blinds...

i have used paper from the Timeless Victorian pad
as it looked just the right texture for the house,
coloured the image with distress markers,
added a bit of sparkle with a gelly roll pen
  and the little hanging heart on the wood door is from
the Christmas Mini Icon stamp sheet.

Seasonal journal book...

Hi..hope you are all ok?
it's Friday and Soph and George are on holiday :0)
 sorry for not posting for a while,

really loved making this...

it is the front cover of a little journal book that

i am going to pop the odd photo in 

and just things i love about the seasons.

i have had this tab book for years and thought it

about time i had some crafty fun filling it....

not sure how long it will take though  ;0))

the very distressed photo on the front

i took on my phone when out for a walk a few weeks

ago,probably distressed it a bit too much...

 the image is ""Little Acorn""

which i totally love and is a retiring LOTV stamp,

coloured with Inktense pencils and cut out.

 

i have used lots of dies and crafty bits...

Tim Holtz-Autumn Gatherings,

Calendar stamp,Everyday Grungy words,

Journalling tag,bird house die,fence posts 

a gorgeous owl charm,brads,mini paper clip and a button

LOTV....Collecting the tree (Inktense Pencils)

Hi..a little make today with

a LOTV image that i love so much,

i used this image for the first time 3 years ago

on a Christmas Scene that i did for a magazine,

 they are real sweeties...

 i have coloured them with Inktense pencils.... :0)

a first for me and it was different to distress markers

and i also need to practice lots more.

 

added lots of puff white embossing powder

for snow and some sparkle with a gelly roll pen,

also used one of the journalling tags that i love,

grunge postmark and Christmas Wishes  

the background design pattern i did with a

Tim Holtz -Holiday Knit

  stencil and used distress inks for the colours

and sponged it through the stencil,

added a star tab,faux stitching and a button...

this image is one of the retiring stamps

and there is a great offer on all LOTV stamps until Christmas.....

Hi..hope it's been a lovely week for you,

Birthday's in our home this week as

George was 12 and it was Nick's birthday too...

been lovely with family popping in and far too much cake (s) :0)

my make tonight is with an embroidery hoop,
it is a 4" wood effect flexi hoop,

something to keep as a Christmas decoration or a gift.

I have used the very sweet LOTV image...

love making these,i just cut a larger circle of
fabric and put it in the hoop before i stick anything down
and it can easily be pulled tighter after.
i have coloured her with distress markers,
stamped onto a die cut watercolour card circle,
added some puff white embossing powder,
sparkle with gelly roll pen,
die cut holly,added some pearls and
a sentiment with a button too
a bit of ribbon tied on the hoop hanger.

Hi..lovely to be here this Monday morning,

card with the very sweet LOTV Annabel Lasso Cowgirl image...

with an Autumn/Fall colour theme and detail  :0)

Annabel is coloured with distress markers,

i have tried to give her clothes,hat and boots a bit

of a suede look and just couldn't resist an Autumn make

with the lovely Enchantment papers,

Always and Forever paper,

a die cut leaf,coloured eyelets,brads,a button,

wire fence,wood posts and some looped green thread.

 also used a scroll sentiment stamped onto

natural ribbon and a grungy message tucked in,

lots of faux stitching and a star tab too...

New Release...LOTV Blog Hop

really loved doing this make,

it has a bit of a country theme and she does look a 

little pale faced too...the deer is a Christmas die

but with the dotty paper from the Enchantment paper pad i think

it looks like a young fawn and there is a little shrink plastic bird,
coloured the sweet image with distress markers...  

there are 6 adorable new images in this collection...
and with the Halloween and Bonfire image

 two lucky winners picked at random will win

 a full set of the 8 rubber stamps each...

Totally love ....Halloween/Autumn

Hi..it's Friday :0)...

hope you are really doing ok this week?

all seem very tired at home with a full week at school/college

and Nicks been at home this week

bless with a poorly back and 3rd trip to the chiropractors today :(

LOVE so much this gorgeous LOTV.. Halloween image...

had great fun colouring with distress markers,

a little bit of sparkle on the moons/stars and her socks too,

used the gorgeous autumn papers from

the Enchantment paper pad,

tucked in the Calendar stamped circle and wrote October

on it in purple pen,

lots of faux stitching (again :),die cut bats and a little witch scene,

a die cut pumpkin with Halloween wording,

used a couple of brads to hold on the

zig zag strip and there's a button too.

Christmas Patchwork Mini Icon hanger...

a little LOTV patchwork Christmas hanger today,

i have used a few of the very sweet

images from the Mini Icons stamp sheet...

 

the images i coloured with distress markers,
added some sparkle with a gelly roll pen,
used lots of pretty papers from...
Twas the Night,
Festive Trimmings and Always and Forever papers pads,
also used the Sizzix 3/4" hexagon die,
lots of faux stitching,stamped one of the
Christmas Wishes onto natural ribbon and attached with a brad,
used a grunge message and grunge postmark stamp,
stitched a few buttons,added silver bells,thread,
eyelets and a tin star...
