Dad's birthday...LOTV.

Hi..really hope you are well?
my card today was made for my
Dad's birthday which was Sunday...
i have used the "Gone Fishing" LOTV image,
what a sweetie he is (did buy Dad some new green wellies)
and also used some of the lovely new papers..

i have coloured with distress markers,
the first photo is without a bit of scenery
and the evening sky..
i really do admire how lots of crafty girls colour
and it is not my strength at all but
i love to craft so had a little play on Dad's card
(didn't think he would mind :0)
 with adding the hills/sky..

the cross stitch is from the Little Stitches stamp set
and the sentiment is LOTV too
the little banner is cut from C.C.Designs mini die,
 added some green jute, eyelets,
a wood button and tiny black brad on the fishing rod
Great Impressions alphabet stamp for letters-DAD..

thank you for stopping by,
have a lovely day..hugs all,Lou.xxxx

Hi Lou and WOW to the beautiful card you made for your Dad, I have to disagree about colouring not being your strength because your little scene is amazing and I love that gorgeous sunset and the mountains everything looks real, it's fantastic!

Tanks for your comment earlier, I really appreciated it.
