so sorry for not visiting much over the past week,
with Soph's Birthday,her prom and today
i had such a lovely day taking a class
with my crafty friend Chris over at SirStampalot...
6 hours of crafting fun with
8 lovely ladies (thank you**)
as one was poorly bless her.
We also made these cards about 4 weeks ago
with another very lovely group of ladies...
for the first card we used Magnolia sunflowers stamp...
after colouring with distress markers
we put the sunflowers through the sizzix hexagon die,
pieced it all back together like a jigsaw-
inked all the cut edges with frayed burlap first
and did lots of fake stitching for the patchwork effect...
for the second card we used the
sweet Magnolia Jasper cat stamp,
the old wooden window stamp
and coloured with distress markers.
the ladies also made two of Chris's gorgeous cards,
it was busy but great fun too :)
a few photo's of Sophie on prom evening,
she had an amazing time...

Well, I can never say enough how BEAUTIFUL & GORGEOUS your sweet Sophie is! She looks like a Princess all dolled up and so elegant for her Prom! I am smiling as I think of you waiting till the wee hours of the morning eating choco's. :) You're such an amazing Mom. :) Thank you for sharing these lovely photo's with us .. and I forgot to tell you .. your yard is sooooooo GORGEOUS!
